OFFICIAL FINA CHAMPIONSHIP GAME BALL
We thought it was time to bring a little color to the game. Someone suggested mauve (he no longer works here), someone suggested pink (she now sells for Mary Kay) and then the obvious color popped up...water color blue. Once the blue/yellow combo was finalized we sent some samples to FINA. They liked the idea, threw some in the pool at a major international water polo tournament, everyone started smiling, the players loved it, and FINA said OK...this is our new official game ball. They still like the all-yellow models, they just happen to like these new ones a little better. So did the television camera crew and they too are smiling because now they have something to really focus on. Of course, if you are the one pushing it down the pool, you'll show up much better on camera too!
